These gluten and lactose-free better sleep capsules include melissa extract and melatonin. Melatonin helps to reduce sleep time, promotes natural sleep and is also useful in jet lag.

Usage notes:

Take 2 capsules just before going to bed with enough liquid. When suffering of Jetlag: After arriving in the other time zone from the 1st to 5th day, take 1-2 capsules just before going to sleep with sufficient liquid. Please keep to the recommended dosage for the positive effect. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. It is not recommended to use it in children and to take it over a long period of time.
