Osteo Calcium 1200 + Vitamin D2 + K1 provides the body with highly dosed calcium and vitamin D2 as well as the vitamins E and K1. Calcium has many functions in the body. Calcium is needed for the preservation of normal bones and teeth and supports normal muscle function. Vitamin D and vitamin K also contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. In addition, Vitamin D supports normal intake and utilization of calcium. Vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Calcium can not be formed by our body itself and must therefore be regularly and sufficiently absorbed through  food. Especially women aged 50 and over as well as adolescents in the growth phase, pregnant women, breastfeeding and elderly people need adequate and balanced calcium intake. Similarly, women in the menopause should consider adequate calcium intake.
