How to take:
Replacing two main meals by the Fit + Feelgood meal replacement helps you reduce your body weight. 
The replacement of a main meal helps to maintain or stabilize the body weight after a weight loss. 
For a Fit + Feelgood meal, take three heaped dosing spoons of powder (43g) and 200ml of cold, low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and prepare the shake in a shaker or blender. Shake till creamy
